warealestate is a residential developer building in Jabal Amman and the neighbourhoods around it. Every building is made of Jordanian limestone, designed to sit properly on the sloping streets of the oldest part of the city.

Inside, apartments are laid out around light and air — deep terraces, tall glazing, and plans that keep the living space clear. The number of projects stays deliberately small, so the person who answers the first call is the same person who answers years later.
